According to the ‘Happiness Habits Experiment Report’ by Lucy McCarraher and Annabel Shaw the most effective happiness habits are:
Spreading happiness – making the effort to be kind
Three good things –recording three good things per day
Simply smile
Once embedded these happiness habits have a powerful effect and can raise happiness levels. When applied to the workplace they can dramatically improve well being and team working.
