Latest Research shows that Happiness can be the result of simply 3 actions a day….

According to the ‘Happiness Habits Experiment Report’ by Lucy McCarraher and Annabel Shaw the most effective happiness habits are:

  • Spreading happiness – making the effort to be kind
  • Three good things –recording three good things per day
  • Simply smile

Once embedded these happiness habits have a powerful effect and can raise happiness levels. When applied to the workplace they can dramatically improve well being and team working.

These habits can also be useful to incorporate into your jobsearch approach to both improve your chances (doesn’t everyone want to recruit happy employees) and also to help you retain your positivity in a tough climate.
